Yesterday I promised I’d start delivering practical tips on how to burn fat rapidly and preserve lean muscle.

Today I’m delivering, so I’ll just get straight into one hack that makes a MASSIVE difference from the off.

Let me explain a short story that’ll hit home for a lot of you to explain it.

So I was sitting with a friend the other day, and he was complaining about being a “picky eater” which makes it hard to lose weight, and in turn leads to him eating a load of s*** food choices.

Now, it’s easy to say this guy just isn’t committed and lacks the discipline to lose fat (and I’d agree with you 95% of the time), however, there are SOME genuine exceptions.

But rather than force feed somebody food they don’t want, which in turn isn’t sustainable or realistic for long-term results (think of my e-mail yesterday where I discussed the importance of this), there IS a solution to preventing you from gorging on garbage and destroying your physique in the process.

I like to call this the “Free Calories” solution.

What do you is the following:

  1. You pick 2 types of green, fibrous vegetables you enjoy eating.
  2. You include them in 80% of your meals in your diet - yes, 80% of your meals!

Why does this simple, pragmatic solution work? Because it keeps you satiated, which calms your appetite down and stops you reaching for the biscuit tin.

These fibrous green veggies not only curb hunger, they also cost the body energy to digest them - the very definition of “Free Calories” if ever there was one!

So, I literally recommend stuffing them into your diet to get the nutritional benefits, as well as to keep you consistently satiated and focused on long-term progress.

There are, of course, some ingredients that you can supplement in to compliment your dietary efforts to help curb cravings and control your appetite, but I don’t want to rant on too much about our Thermo 9MM without ensuring you have the fundamentals in place first. That’s just not my style, as you guys know already…

Hopefully this hack helps you keep more satiated and full, and in turn more consistent with your diets.
